Arthritis Weekly Tip
The holidays don't have to derail your exercise routine. When time is tight, break your workout up. Experts tell us we should get at least 30 minutes of exercise daily to reap optimum benefits. When time is short, segment your workout into three, 10-minute sessions - morning, noon and evening.
