But it also helps promote overall health and fitness by giving you more energy, helping you sleep better, controlling your weight, decreasing depression, and giving you more self-esteem. There are many programs in Texas to help educate and improve the lives of those with arthritis! The Life Improvement Series includes two evidence based exercise programs - the AF Exercise Program and the AF Aquatic Program. Evidence shows that these programs help patients reduce pain and activity limitations due to arthritis.
Take an active approach to managing arthritis with our Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program . Our trained instructors will assist you in a program designed to improve joint flexibility and range of motion.
Or join our Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program. Aquatic programs allow you to exercise without putting excess strain on your joints and muscles.
Is your Chi in check? Tai Chi for Arthritis combines agile steps, joint safe exercise, and mental strength to improve mobility, breathing, and relaxation in ways that help you feel in greater control of your daily life.
