National Juvenile Arthritis Conference
Congratulations to the Southern California Chapter for the wonderful JA Conference. Special thanks go out to the Volunteer Co-Chairs, Colleen Ryan and Allison Anderson and their fantastic committee and volunteers for the great job they did! Information and education were plentiful, as were networking opportunities. We also increased our international flavor with a large contingent of families from New Zealand this year!

Scholarships
Special thanks to Abbott for donating scholarships to help offset travel and lodging expenses for 50 families attending the 2008 JA Conference. Local Arthritis Foundation chapters identified families from across the country that could benefit from this opportunity and the generosity of Abbott.
