- Select your state from the drop-down list at the top of this page. Then select your local Arthritis Walk.
- Select the "Register here" link and agree to the standard participant waiver.
- "Start a team" of your own or "Join a team." You can also "Join as an Individual."
- Complete the registration form and you will automatically be sent to a page titled "My HQ" to set up your personal donation Web page and monitor your progress.
- Select a picture for your Web page. You can select one from the Image Library or upload one of your own.
- Customize your Web page text. Tell everyone why you are participating in the Arthritis Walk.
Now you're ready to send emails to your friends, family and others inviting them to get involved in the Arthritis Walk. Ask them to join your team, or start one of their own. If they can't join, ask them to "Make a Donation."
- From "My HQ," click on the Email link. You can list as many as 50 email addresses at a time, personalize each greeting and send all the emails at one time!
- Recipients will receive your email with a direct hyperlink back to your donation page.
Remember, the more emails you send, the more chances you have to bring visitors and potential contributors to your donation page!
