Team Development Chair

Work with the Event Chair and Vice Chair to develop a team recruitment and retention action plan. Lead the committee in a brainstorming session to create the action plan to recruit leaders from the corporate, small business, medical, education, and social communities and encourage them to form Arthritis Walk teams. Lead the committee in a brainstorming session to create the action plan to retain top fundraising teams from the previous year’s event.
